We seek individuals with a strong commitment to the values of Blesma and a passion for supporting our members. The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.

As a Charity Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the local community by delivering effective wellbeing support to vulnerable adults. You will work closely with the local Blesma Support Officer to deliver a range of services, including befriending visits, outreach activities, and event management.

You will promote the Blesma 'offer' to potential members through local engagement and social networks. You will also represent Blesma at events, enhancing the community profile and supporting fundraising activities.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of emotional intelligence, and a genuine interest in the work of Blesma. You should have experience in delivering support and care to vulnerable adults, knowledge of the needs of disabled individuals, and the ability to work independently. A UK driving licence is essential.
