Sales Account Executive

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team at Phocas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and qualify new business leads through various channels, including email, phone, and social media.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales quotas and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and pain points to provide tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a software-based solutions environment.
- Proven track record of over-achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Experience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to travel 15-25% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
- Previous sales methodology training, such as SPIN, Challenger, or Force.
- Experience in business intelligence, accounting technology, and ERP solutions.
- Prior experience with HubSpot and/or working within our target markets, such as manufacturing, distribution, retail, and services.
