Experienced New Homes Sales Consultant

My client, a leading new build developer in the UK, is seeking a Regional Sales Negotiator to cover their luxury housing developments in the West Midlands.
The ideal candidate will possess stability in their employment profile and deliver exceptional customer service both on the phone and face-to-face.
Key responsibilities include:
- Dealing with customers face-to-face or via phone and email
- Booking initial appointments and conducting viewings around the development
- Travelling to all developments in the area
- Conducting viewings
- Following up calls with customers after enquiries or viewings
- Closing sales
- Maintaining communication with customers from reservation until completion
- Providing aftercare services
