Area Sales Manager Home Based

Join Brand My Bags, a leading company in the plastic packaging industry, as we seek an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team on a home-based basis.
About the Role:We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team in the Midlands. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for winning new business and growing and building long-term, strategic partnerships with existing customers in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales and gross margin targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing and procurement teams to identify and grow future business opportunities.
- Monitor customer performance daily and deal with queries to gain new business or prevent loss.
- Contribute to internal sales strategies and goals meetings.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a business-to-business area sales role with a proven track record of winning and developing business.
- Experience selling packaging products to industry.
- Strong business acumen and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
