Job Title: Area Sales Manager Home Based

Join Brand My Bags, a leading company in the plastic packaging industry, as we seek an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a customer-facing role, traveling across the Midlands to build strong relationships with existing and new customers.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to lead our sales efforts in the Midlands region. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Winning new business and growing existing relationships with customers in the Midlands.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly sales and gross margin targets.
  • Collaborating with the marketing and procurement teams to identify and grow future business opportunities.
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a business-to-business sales role, with a proven track record of winning and developing business.
  • Experience selling packaging products to industry.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze customer performance data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
