About the Role

The Company Brand My Bags is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales and gross margin targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to grow and expand their business with Brand My Bags.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Midlands, working closely with the marketing and procurement teams to develop and execute sales plans.
  • Monitor customer performance and provide regular feedback to the sales office and internal sales account managers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the sales office and management team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a business-to-business sales role, with a strong track record of winning and developing business.
  • Experience selling packaging products to industry, with a deep understanding of the plastic packaging market.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
