You’ll become part of a highly motivated team working within our new homes department where we combine up-to-the-minute market insight with local area expertise. We take time to get to know our customers and are able to give them access to the most suitable new homes within London’s most exciting areas

**The role will include**:

- Being a positive contributor to the nature and atmosphere of the company.
- Being fully aware and proficient of internal processes.
- Consistently achieving set sales targets and other KPIs.
- Providing excellent customer service.

**What skills we are looking for**:

- Be able to work within a team as well as independently.
- Be confident, energetic and have a good sense of humour.
- Display excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Have some previous sales, customer service or telephone experience.

**Salary**: £22,000 - £24,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
