**Blayze Group **are pleased to be working with a leading UK property developer who are seeking to recruit a driven and passionate Sales Consultant. This is an opportunity to work with a premium brand, selling some of the most prestigious new homes in the city.

As a Sales Consultant, you would be helping customers as they search for a new home and guiding them on their journey toward purchasing a new home, providing exemplary service throughout. Duties include but are not limited to:

- Managing and driving the new homes sales process and negotiating with a diverse customer base
- Providing exemplary service to a wide variety of customers in a manner that is professional, friendly, and courteous
- Be available and willing to work 5 out of 7 days per week (weekend included)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Commercial acumen
- Strong negotiation skills and target driven
- Experience in a customer-facing environment
- Flexible and resilient
- Good team-player with the ability to use own initiative
