Sales Negotiator - Chichester
A large residential developer who specialise in high specification residential developments have a development in the heart of Chichester with a 5 years build.
Mainstream Property or New Build Sales experience is essential in order to be successful in this role & candidates will also be presentable & able to deliver excellent customer service on all levels, please see below day to day duties:
Conducting viewings around the show homes & selling off plan units
Working within a team to ensure sales targets are met
General upkeep of the sales & marketing suite
Keeping up to date with competitors within the area
Ensuring you have good knowledge of the development & its USP's
Chasing sales leads
