New Homes Sales Negotiator

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Spicerhaart. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and building on B2B relationships, maximising group revenue, and overseeing the quality of instructions made through your consultants.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, new homes purchasers, and construction site personnel.
- Collaborate with peers across divisions and business areas to build networks and relationships while identifying opportunities for referrals.
- Take accountability for your KPIs, income cost, and profit budgets through effective project management and organisation.
- Manage multiple responsibilities and tasks with ease, demonstrating strong multitasking skills.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a reputation for excellence.
- Expert local market knowledge and a demonstrable track record of success within Land and New Homes.
- The ability to coach and develop an effective team.
- A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills to drive your career within the property industry.
- A hunger to earn and a drive to work hard and reap the rewards from your dedication.
- Basic annual salary up to £25,000 depending on your experience.
- Uncapped Commission scheme.
- Up to 4% of income bonus.
- £25 per FS Sign Up paid on Exchange.
