We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced property professional to join our clients in the Stoke-On-Trent area as a Senior New Homes Negotiator.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in new build sales, although we will consider applications from property professionals looking to transition into this field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register client details and book property viewings
- Negotiate offers between developers and buyers
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
- Conduct general administrative tasks
