Job Title: New Homes Move Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative New Homes Move Manager to join our team at haart. As a key member of our sales progression team, you will be responsible for managing the home buying process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and successful completion for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register client details and chase key stakeholders throughout the home buying process
  • Gather required documents to complete the sale, including identification, mortgage agreements, and insurance policies
  • Manage multiple cases at once and effectively communicate with and update key stakeholders
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role
  • Experience or knowledge of Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop knowledge and skills
  • Passion for haart, our values, and processes

What's on Offer:

  • Basic annual salary between £17,500 to £22,000 (depending on experience)
  • Complete on target earnings of £25,000 per year
  • Quarterly bonuses for successfully converting a percentage of the pipeline
  • Dedicated training and coaching to support ongoing development
