As a Sales Progressor at haart, you will be responsible for managing the home buying process from start to finish. This includes registering client details, chasing key stakeholders, and gathering required documents to complete the sale.

Our ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role, with experience or knowledge of Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process.

You will be expected to deliver outstanding customer service, be able to pick up client relationships, and manage multiple cases at one time. Effective communication with and update of key stakeholders is crucial to ensure a smooth completion.

We offer a competitive basic annual salary of between £17,500 to £22,000 (depending on experience), complete on target earnings of £25,000 per year, and a Sales Progressor Scheme with quarterly bonuses for successfully converting a percentage of the pipeline.
