About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals and their families to identify and achieve their goals. As a Skills Trainer, you will work one-on-one with supported individuals to develop life skills, safety skills, and self-care skills.
- Provide individualized support to enable individuals to participate in community activities and achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with the individual's family and other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to support.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and resources to enhance service delivery.
