You will provide person-centred support to individuals who reside in our Crescent Road bungalow, promoting independence, dignity, and respect. Your duties will include supporting daily living tasks, encouraging engagement in local community activities, and maintaining relationships with existing friends and networks.

We are looking for someone with patience, empathy, and a strong work ethic. You should be able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team, demonstrating resilience and problem-solving skills when needed.
