We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Childcare Support Specialist to join our team at Dove Adolescent Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing individualized residential care packages for children and young people.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting the welfare and safeguarding of our young people
  • Establishing trusting relationships with our residents
  • Encouraging their personal interests and development

To be successful in this role, you should have a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of young people. A relevant qualification or experience in childcare is desirable, but not essential. We provide full training to help you achieve an Apprenticeship Level 4 diploma.
