Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our team at Dove Adolescent Services. The successful candidate will work on a casual basis, covering shifts within the business as and when needed.

Main Responsibilities:

* Safeguard and promote the welfare of our young people
* Establish and maintain positive relationships with our young people
* Encourage the development of individual interests
