About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our team at Dove Adolescent Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people in our residential settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote the welfare and well-being of our young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with our young people, encouraging their development and interests.
  • Support the development of individualized care plans, working closely with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people.
  • Participate in activities and outings that promote socialization, education, and personal growth.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a safe and supportive environment for our young people.
