Job Title: Residential Childcare Support Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our team at Dove Adolescent Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people in our residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:

* Promote the welfare and well-being of our young people
* Establish and maintain positive relationships with our young people
* Encourage the development of individual interests and skills
* Participate in activities and ensure a safe and supportive environment

Requirements:

* Experience of supporting vulnerable young people (desirable)
* Understanding and commitment to the role, including some weekends and bank holidays
* Ability to undertake sleep-in duties as part of a flexible rota
