About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Community Integrated Care. This exciting opportunity will see you working in a supported living environment, providing person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our service users receive the highest level of care and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household management
  • Encouraging and supporting service users to engage in activities and pursue their interests
  • Working closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
