Performance Improvement Lead

Aston Martin is seeking a Performance Improvement Lead to drive cost savings and efficiency improvements across its supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions and be able to analyze complex data to identify areas for improvement.
Key Requirements:- A strong analytical mind and technical proficiency in logistics software.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and manage waste within the process to identify and help minimize costs.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of supply chain management and be able to develop and implement strategies to drive performance improvements.
Estimated salary: £95,000 - £115,000 per annum, depending on experience.
