Role Description
The Performance Improvement Lead will play a key role in identifying areas for improvement within our finance function and implementing changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing complex data sets, and providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Work closely with leadership to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £75,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
