Workplace Performance Improvement Lead

We are seeking a Workplace Performance Improvement Lead to join our client's International Workplace team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading initiatives for continuous improvement across workplace operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will foster a culture of teamwork and open communication, stay ahead of trends to create an environment of innovation and excellence, and develop flow diagrams to help visualize and optimize process integration.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of workplace management and project management principles, as well as experience in system and process planning, technology integration, and financial tracking and analysis.
Requirements- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Analytics, or a related field
- Proficiency in numerical reporting and accounting principles
- Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
