About the Role

This role will involve conducting research and analysis to continuously assess problems and opportunities, and making recommendations to help organisations improve their processes, systems, and overall performance.

  • Develop and maintain core business architecture artefacts (e.g. Future Blueprint, Baseline Operating Model, Service Catalogue) to ensure alignment to strategic direction and core products
  • Work closely with change initiatives to complete analysis and high-level design in support of assurance activity to identify strategic requirements, strategic alignment, and dependencies
  • Review and assure business design activity and outputs to ensure alignment to strategic direction and core products
  • Assist in developing and maintaining our Business Planning cycle to ensure the articulation of a coherent, consistent, and up-to-date design methodology
  • Represent us at key strategic meetings and boards within our Network
  • Work closely with all other pillars (of note: Change, Strategic HR, Finance, Data & Analysis), CT Policing Network, and key stakeholders
  • Engage in continuous analysis of clusters of capabilities to support leads with identifying problems and opportunities in line with strategy

About the Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave. The salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
