About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Performance Improvement Manager to join our team at Thames Water.

This is a unique opportunity to drive performance improvement and make a real difference in the Wastewater industry.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

This is a permanent full-time position based at Beckton STW, offering a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum.

  • Hours: 36 hours per week, Monday – Friday 07:30 - 15:36
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence and deliver high-quality services to customers.
  • Maintain strict quality targets while adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Manage budgets and financial activities of the team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Operations Management).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leading a high-performing team in the Wastewater industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess strong IT literacy skills and knowledge of SAP systems.
  • Existing knowledge and experience working within the Wastewater industry is desirable.
  • Valid UK driving license required.
