This Sales Performance Improvement Manager role is a critical function to ensure growth, development, and continuous success for our sales team. The successful candidate will cover essential topics that sales employees need to understand and do their job effectively and efficiently, ultimately increasing sales productivity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build content pages, certifications, and sales plays using our sales enablement platform in support of our sales process and growth objectives.
  • Work together with a Senior Sales Excellence partner to deliver high-quality relevant content for our sellers in the UK and APAC region.
  • Ensure proper KPIs, reporting, and analytics are captured in all deliverables.
  • Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results; modify programs as needed; develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
  • Develop and maintain training communications to ensure employees and customers have knowledge of training events and general product information.
  • Regularly report on the performance of the program and communicate business impact through monthly and/or quarterly reviews.
  • Create a positive learning environment for all sellers, improving employee morale while enhancing their skills.
  • At times, plan, organize, facilitate, and participate in employee sales training.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject such as education, business administration, or finance.
  • At least five years of experience in a corporate or business setting with at least two years working in a sales organization supporting sales teams and sales leaders.
  • It would be an advantage to have instructional design experience.
  • Experience using a sales enablement platform such as Highspot, Seismic, Allego, Mindtickle, a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead by example and foster mentoring relationships.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, multi-tasking, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create momentum and foster engagement.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and listening skills.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of internal staff and management.
  • Competence in process development, execution, and administration.
  • Ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
