Job Summary

The Regional Lessor Performance Improvement Manager will lead our efforts to enhance lessor performance and predictability metrics in EMEA. This role will work closely with the DCI team and other stakeholders to establish comprehensive delivery requirements and business OKRs and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement an initiative to improve lessor performance and predictability metrics.
  2. Review lessor delivery KPIs and develop improvement plans where necessary.
  3. Work with lessors to ensure compliance with scheduling, reporting, and quality requirements.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of senior client-facing EPC project management experience and a degree in Construction Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture.

They will also have experience in DC or equivalent industrial facilities delivery, preferably in EMEA or AMER, and strong interpersonal, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
