We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Lessor Performance Improvement Manager to join our Data Center Integration (DCI) team in EMEA. The successful candidate will work closely with our lessors to improve their performance and predictability metrics in terms of safety, cost, schedule, and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive set of DCI safety, schedule, and quality delivery requirements and business OKRs and KPIs for lessors.
- Conduct regular structured project delivery reviews with lessors to ensure they are adequately set up to meet delivery KPIs for existing contracted capacity and forecast delivery growth.
- Work with lessors to develop and implement Project Delivery Improvement Plans (PDIPs) to improve their delivery performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and influence cross-discipline teams to drive business development and improve lessor performance.
- Minimum 7 years senior client-facing EPC project management experience, or minimum 3 years client-facing and 4 years on-site construction project management experience.
- Construction Management, Architectural, or MEP background.
- Strong planning experience and understanding of construction schedules, programmes, and risk assessment and mitigation planning.
- Proven ability to independently manage and drive project safety, schedule, and quality, and effectively report status, risks, and issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
