Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Performance Leader to join our team at Mobysoft Ltd.

This role involves driving revenue growth, retention, and regional performance within your assigned region. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that our solutions deliver measurable value to clients in the social housing sector.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and experience managing complex accounts at the executive level.

About the Role
  • Take full ownership of driving revenue growth, retention, and overall performance within your assigned region.
  • Create and execute regional strategic plans that align with both Mobysoft's and the client's business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with senior stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage churn risk and maximise renewal opportunities.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic account plan for each client, focusing on ROI, long-term value creation and mutual success.
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand the company's footprint in your region.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of strategic account management with significant experience managing complex accounts at the executive level.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience driving revenue growth, retention, and client expansion in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems creatively.
What We Offer

A competitive salary of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package including bonus, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
