Regional Team Leader - Block Management

Are you a seasoned professional with a track record of success as a regional team leader within the Block Management industry? Do you have experience in managing, motivating, and developing people, both internally and externally?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Team Leader to join our team at Office Angels. As a Regional Team Leader, you will be responsible for collaborating with others, sharing your knowledge, experience, and skills to drive business growth and improve customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regularly review team productivity to ensure KPIs are met and high standards of customer service are maintained.
  • Manage workloads effectively and take corrective action when necessary to maintain these standards.
  • Monitor portfolio performance against KPIs and customer service standards.
  • Report performance to the Division.
