London Office - Manager (7-12 years exp.) Organisation & Performance Practice

We are a global leader in strategy consulting, addressing the most critical commercial issues for the leaders of some of the world's most successful businesses.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Organisation & Performance (O&P) practice in our London office.

This role will involve managing multiple project teams and client relationships expertly and efficiently, working directly with clients and Managing Directors to set project objectives and develop analytical frameworks, and structuring complex strategic and technical problems into discrete modules.

  • Structure complex strategic and technical problems into discrete modules and provide life sciences industry thought leadership to aid project execution

Requirements for the role:

We are currently hiring experienced professionals with at least 7 years experience in a management consulting firm with demonstrated project and team management. Superior analytical skills combined with demonstrated expertise in strategy consulting approaches are required.

  • An advanced degree from a top-ranked school is required (M2, MBA, M.Phd, Postdoc)
  • At least 7 years experience in a management consulting firm with demonstrated project and team management

The estimated annual salary for this role is £120,000 - £180,000, depending on experience.
