ROLE SUMMARY
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Organisation & Performance Practice in London. As a senior manager, you will play a critical role in delivering impactful results for our clients by driving transformation and improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, setting clear objectives, and overseeing project execution. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and effective communication.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree from a top-ranked school.
- At least 7 years of experience in management consulting.
- Superior analytical skills and expertise in strategy consulting approaches.
- Proven ability to motivate and coach team members.
Our comprehensive compensation package includes a competitive salary of £140,000 - £190,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonuses.
