Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Improvement Expert to join our expanding asset and portfolio performance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical expert with a background in advisory services to drive higher performance, delivering more for less.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be focused on service excellence, continuous improvement, and product development, working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition. You will identify and implement continuous improvements and technical options/solutions to client issues and business improvements, developing and maintaining relationships and extensive networks across the commission team and internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining a series of both internal and external relationships and extensive networks across the commission team and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvements and technical options/solutions to client issues and business improvements.
  • Delivering into the business development strategy and work winning by sharing experience in technical skills to identify new opportunities and providing innovative solutions.
  • Providing mentoring/training to members of the team.
  • Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical skills - use of Excel and external data sources.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to provide high quality reports and visuals.
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-professional team and communicate across the team and business.
