Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Performance Expert to join our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance and reliability of our equipment across our global network of fulfillment centers.

As an Equipment Performance Expert, you will work closely with our RME team to identify and implement improvements in our processes and systems. This includes conducting regular equipment checks, performing preventative maintenance tasks, and scheduling additional servicing as needed.

You will also supervise technicians on shift to support their development and act as the first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers. Additionally, you will contribute to finding ways to continually improve systems and standardize processes across the EU network.

Salary Estimate: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

Essential Qualifications
  • Apprentice trained with HNC, HND, NVQ level 3
  • Relevant experience working in both electrical and mechanical disciplines
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written local language and basic proficiency in English
