    Job Description:
    As a Performance Improvement Consultant, you will be responsible for driving business transformation and delivering significant improvements in performance. You will work closely with stakeholders to support the translation of complex organisational problems and solutions into simple compelling narratives that achieve broad business consensus.

    Your Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify organisational problems and opportunities, and determine the impact of these on our existing operating model
    • Support the development of recommendations to address organisational challenges and improve business performance
    • Build confidence with various stakeholders, managing expectations and dealing with conflicting requirements and priorities
    • Work within Project Management delivery approaches (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile) and an understanding of change delivery methodologies and approaches
    • An interest in working in an environment that helps shape the Counter Terrorism landscape

    What We Offer:
    We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits, including a generous pension scheme and health insurance.
