We are seeking a Performance Improvement Director to join our team at Abbatt Property Recruitment. As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving our operations and supporting our ambitious goals.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance improvement, be tech-savvy, and have a proven ability to drive operational improvements. Key responsibilities include implementing and optimizing AI and technology solutions, establishing and tracking KPIs, and reviewing and refining operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • KPI Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Refinement: Streamline processes to increase productivity and quality.
About You:

You should have excellent leadership skills, be able to work collaboratively, and have a passion for driving business excellence. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £80,000 (based on experience) and a comprehensive benefits package.
