Client Services Performance Improvement Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Client Services Performance Improvement Specialist to join our team at Micro IT Global. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing client feedback and data analytics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client feedback and data analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance client satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a performance improvement capacity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with service desk software, such as ServiceNow
- Knowledge of agile project management methodologies
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum
Work Environment:
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
