Initial Response Service Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at Tripod Partners in North Lancashire. The successful candidate will work within our Initial Response Service, providing comprehensive mental health assessments and interventions in a dynamic 24/7 environment. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough risk assessments, developing effective risk management strategies, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Risk Assessment and Intervention: Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate identified hazards.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other professionals and agencies to ensure seamless care delivery and effective risk management.
- Care Delivery and Support: Deliver high-quality care, supporting service users with diverse and unpredictable mental health needs.
- Professional Development: Maintain and enhance professional skills and knowledge to ensure optimal care delivery.
Position Details:
- Location: North Lancashire
- Work Pattern: Shifts covering a 24/7 service (full-time or part-time available)
- Contract Duration: ASAP – Contract End Date Extension
- Salary:
- Weekday Rate: £25.00 per hour
- Saturday/Night Rate: £33.00 per hour
- Sunday/Bank Holiday Rate: £40.00 per hour
- Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Requirements:
- Core Profession: RMN (NMC registered), OT, or Social Worker
- Mental Health Experience: Fast-paced mental health environment
- Risk Assessment and Management: Proficiency in assessing and managing risks
- Flexibility: Ability to work across shifts and as part of a multidisciplinary team
