About the Opportunity

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your clinical skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that includes Consultant Geriatricians, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Pharmacy Technicians, Dieticians, Occupational Therapists, Trainee ACP, and REACT Community Assessors.
