We are recruiting for a Band 6 Clinical Care Coordinator to join the Initial Response Service in North Lancashire, working with Tripod Partners.
This role involves delivering high-quality care, supporting individuals with diverse and unpredictable mental health needs in a dynamic 24/7 service.
The successful candidate will conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure safety and wellbeing, providing timely communication of risk management strategies to other professionals and agencies.
The role requires collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure holistic care, ensuring seamless support for our clients.

- Conducting comprehensive risk assessments to safeguard service users.

Position Details:
- Location: North Lancashire
- Work Pattern: Shifts covering a 24/7 service (full-time or part-time available)
- Estimated Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum (£15.38 - £19.23 per hour)
- Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
- Core profession such as RMN (NMC registered), OT, or Social Worker.
- Experience working in fast-paced mental health environments.
- Proficiency in risk assessment and management.
- Ability to work across shifts and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
