Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage property sales projects efficiently, ensuring timely completion and resolving any obstacles that may arise.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including buyers/sellers, solicitors, lenders, and estate agents.
  • Deliver outstanding service to clients, managing expectations and keeping them informed about application progress.
  • Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients to effectively progress mortgage applications.
  • Maintain high accuracy when processing data.

Person Specification:

  • Understanding of the UK property market and mortgages.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organised and able to prioritise effectively.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Pride in delivering high-quality work within agreed timeframes.
  • Professional telephone manner and friendly approach.
  • Confidence when working with clients and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days in our office and 2 days working from home.

Estimated Salary: £37,500 per annum (dependent on experience)
