Telecoms Sales Professional

We are currently seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual to join our telecoms sales team as a Trainee Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential customers to showcase our products and services.
About the RoleYou will be working alongside experienced professionals, receiving full in-house training to develop your skills and knowledge in the telecom sector. You will be responsible for delivering a continuing high level of customer service to ensure satisfaction and building strong relationships with new customers. Your goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets on a weekly/monthly basis.
Responsibilities:- Cold Calling: Identify and connect with potential customers to showcase our products and services.
- Basic Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office to manage records and data.
- Customer Service: Deliver a continuing high level of customer service to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships.
- New Customer Acquisition: Build strong relationships with new customers to drive business growth.
- Motivation and Engagement: Demonstrate high levels of motivation and engagement to maintain high success rates.
- Record Keeping: Create and maintain accurate records of closed leads.
- Communication: Take inbound and make outbound calls to communicate with customers effectively.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets on a weekly/monthly basis.
We provide a competitive salary of £22,100 + uncapped commission, creating opportunities for unlimited earning potential. Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on performance and experience.
