About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team at GET STAFFED ONLINE RECRUITMENT LIMITED. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious sales professional to take their career to the next level.

In this role, you will be responsible for closing client meetings with warm, inbound leads, managing the initial sales process, and ensuring smooth handovers to the account management team for ongoing relationship building.

With a competitive salary of £30,000 base, with a realistic Year 1 OTE of £70,000 - £100,000, and a generous commission structure, you will have the opportunity to earn significant income and drive both personal and company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closing client meetings with warm, inbound leads
  • Managing the initial sales process and securing deals
  • Ensuring smooth handovers to the account management team

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £30,000 base, with a realistic Year 1 OTE of £70,000 - £100,000
  • A generous commission structure, earning 10% on all sales up to £20,000/month and 15% on all sales above £20,000/month
  • Work-Life Balance: Work Monday to Thursday in the office (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM) and enjoy Fridays working from home with shorter hours (8:30 AM to 2:00 PM)
