Job Summary

This leadership opportunity involves driving sales growth and optimizing sales strategies for the Advanced SciTech team. The successful candidate will lead a team of sales professionals, set sales targets, and analyze performance metrics to drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead and manage a team of 5-7 sales professionals, setting and achieving sales targets
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize CRM accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for brand alignment and product launches
  • Manage team member performance, provide coaching, and develop their skills

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated sales leadership experience in solution-oriented sales models
  • Strong sales performance and CRM proficiency, including Microsoft Office and sales metrics
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic approach
  • Effective communication and team management skills
  • Customer service and negotiation expertise
  • Flexibility to travel as needed, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
