Job Summary
This leadership opportunity involves driving sales growth and optimizing sales strategies for the Advanced SciTech team. The successful candidate will lead a team of sales professionals, set sales targets, and analyze performance metrics to drive improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Lead and manage a team of 5-7 sales professionals, setting and achieving sales targets
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize CRM accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for brand alignment and product launches
- Manage team member performance, provide coaching, and develop their skills
Qualifications
- Demonstrated sales leadership experience in solution-oriented sales models
- Strong sales performance and CRM proficiency, including Microsoft Office and sales metrics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic approach
- Effective communication and team management skills
- Customer service and negotiation expertise
- Flexibility to travel as needed, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
