About the Job:

We are looking for a highly motivated Automotive Account Director to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our commercial sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships.

Your primary focus will be on stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and team leadership. You will work closely with our operational team to develop and implement sales strategies that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage a team of account managers to achieve sales targets.

About You:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
  • Experience in the fleet management industry or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum + benefits package including OEM Car Scheme, 12%+ Pension, Healthcare, and Flexible Benefits Package.
