As a leader in the UK fleet market, our client is committed to innovation and growth. They are now seeking an exceptional sales leader to join their team as a Commercial Sales Director. The ideal candidate will have experience working with complex B2B sales processes and have a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial sales accounts and drive revenue growth.
- Lead and manage a diverse team of account managers to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding results.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders on an international scale.
Other responsibilities include strategic planning, team management, and stakeholder engagement. Our client offers a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Other benefits include OEM Car Scheme, 12%+ Pension, Healthcare, and Flexible Benefits Package.
