Job Overview:

The Regional Director Lead will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, retention, and regional performance within their assigned region. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join our team and take ownership of their region's success.

About the Ideal Candidate:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong commercial focus, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to influence senior decision-makers. You will also need to be a creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving revenue growth, retention, and overall performance within your assigned region
  • Leading regional strategic planning and implementation, ensuring alignment with both Mobysoft's and the client's business objectives
  • Managing and nurturing key accounts, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive strategic account plans, focusing on ROI, long-term value creation and mutual success
  • Ensuring direct responsibility for hitting revenue targets, managing renewals, and ensuring continuous ARR growth
  • Identifying and driving new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand the company's footprint in your region
  • Utilizing data insights to monitor account health, drive retention strategies, and demonstrate the value and ROI of Mobysoft solutions
