About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver for Wiltshire Farm Foods. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering frozen meals to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver frozen meals to customers in a safe and timely manner
  • Pick orders from our coldstore and load them onto your vehicle
  • Use our app to update customers on delivery status and provide exceptional customer service
  • Undertake pre-shift vehicle inspections and ensure your vehicle is clean and well-maintained
  • Drive safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
  • Report any discrepancies or delays to the office team
  • Ensure customer confidentiality and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
  • Assist the office team and picking team as needed
  • Participate in local marketing activities, such as leaflet door drops and sheltered housing visits, to attract new customers
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer service-based role
  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Basic computer literacy, including use of phone apps
  • Evidence of work stability and basic secondary education
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience in a multi-drop delivery role
  • Experience in a care-based role
  • Warehouse experience
  • Health and safety awareness
Personal Qualities
  • Friendly, approachable, and reliable
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Good attendance and timekeeping
