We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Delivery Driver/Pickup Specialist. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering frozen meals to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver frozen meals to customers in a safe and timely manner
- Pick up orders from our cold storage facility
- Use our mobile app to update customers on delivery status
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Conduct pre-shift vehicle inspections
- Drive safely and responsibly
- Clean and maintain company vehicles
- Communicate with the office team regarding any issues or delays
- Maintain customer confidentiality
- Assist the office and picking teams as needed
- Report any health and safety concerns, stock quality issues, or mechanical problems
- Support the team during absences or holidays
- Participate in local marketing activities, such as leaflet distribution and sheltered housing visits
- Experience in a customer service role
- Full UK manual driving license
- Basic computer literacy, including phone app usage
- Evidence of stable employment history
- Basic secondary education
- Experience in a multi-drop delivery role
- Background in care or healthcare
- Warehouse experience
- Health and safety awareness
- Friendly, approachable, and reliable
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Good attendance and timekeeping
Please note that this role requires a valid UK manual driving license and a minimum of 3 years' experience. All offers of employment are subject to a driving assessment, license checks, and DBS clearance.
