Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 driver to join our team at Driver Hire Preston. As a Class 2 HGV driver, you will be responsible for transporting gas tankers safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive gas tankers on a daily basis
  • Ensure safe and timely delivery of goods
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and mileage
  • Comply with all relevant regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 2 HGV license
  • ADR license in tanks
  • At least 12 months continuous Class 2 driving experience
  • Over 21 years of age
  • Full drivers CPC card
  • Digital tachograph card
  • Customer service driven attitude

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £15.50
  • Free parking on site
  • On-site parking available
  • 8-10 hour shifts, Monday to Friday
  • Optional overtime available on weekends
